ETEA Entrance Test 2023

Introduction :

In place of outside testing organizations, the ETEA was founded to administer entrance exams for admission to engineering and medical institutions in the province. However, as stated in the Ordinance, the ETEA’s aims and range of activities have significantly expanded beyond the Entrance Tests. In order to promote impartiality, openness, and efficiency, it must act as a catalyst for changes in the testing and examination processes, provide training on these efforts, and allow other institutions to use its electronic resources.

ENTRANCE TEST 2023 ETEA :

ETEA is offering ENTRANCE TEST 2023 for the students of B.SC Engineering & Non Engineering Programs In all public and private sectors engineering universities and colleges

Candidates seeking admissions in public and private sector engineering universities or colleges located within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa shall have to pass the centralized engineering entrance test to be conducted by the Educational Testing And Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

MOREOVER,

Candidates seeking admissions in private sector engineering universities and colleges across Pakistan can also attempt this centralized test.

NOTE THAT : ass per the approved policy decision of Pakistan engineering council (PEC) notified via PEC/EAD/46-VCCM/Edu. Policy/2023 dated march 30,2023. Two Separate entrance tests will be conducted and the best of the results will be taken for admissions.

Entrance Test 1:

online Registration from: 25-05-2023 to 30-06-2023

Result Announcement: 17-07-2023

Test date: 16 July,2023

Entrance Test 2:

online Registration from: 18-07-2023 to 31-07-2023

Result Announcement: 07-08-2023

Test date: 06 August,2023

HOW TO APPLY:

Candidates have to fill the test online registration form at https://etea.edu.pk for each test there will be payment of Rs.700/-per test and the payment fee will be non refundable in any case. roll numbers will be issued to the candidates before one week of each test. After the announcement of entrance test the candidates will be required to submit online admission form as per admission schedule to be announced by the perspective university.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Candidates who have passed Intermediate (pre-engineering/Computer Science OR Pre-Medical with additional math) examination from a recognized board of intermediate and secondary education (BISE) in Pakistan.
• Obtained 60% marks in intermediate with the combination of subjects like physics, mathematics, chemistry/computer science.
• Candidates who have passed three years post-matric diploma of associate engineer (DAE) or B.tech exam and have obtained at least 60% un-adjusted marks.
• Candidates who have done intermediate in Pre-Medical must obtained marks at least 60% are eligible only for Bio-engineering or Bio-medical engineering.
• Results awaited candidates are provisionally allowed to appear in the entrance test.
