How_to_apply

If you are a deserving student, with ALFALAH SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME it is easy to apply for financial assistance. Just download the application form for Scholarship from the DOWNLOADS section of our web site. Print it, get the form attested from the head of your institution and mail (post) it your concerned region with the required attachments. List of all the nine regions is given at the end of application form showing necessary details.

ALFALAH SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME office will make an independent inquiry regarding student’s financial status and Executive Body will make the final decision. If the information needed from student’s side is complete, the whole process should not take more than three months. As the available funds are always limited, ALFALAH SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME can only choose the most deserving ones among the applicants. Selection criteria is mainly based on the academic achievements, family’s income and number of dependents in the family.

Scholarships are awarded to intermediate , DAE, Graduation/Post Graduation and professional Degree students. Granted Scholarship recipients are expected to pay it back in Sponsoring a needy student like her/him when they are employed after completion of their education or at least pay back the actual scholarship amount in easy installments on monthly basis.

Scholarships

Monthly scholarships are offered for deserving talanted students from Intermediate to DAE, Graduation, Post Graduation and Professional courses in any field within Pakistan.

Eligibility_Criteria

Students of various levels from intermediate to master/professional level from all the provinces of Pakistan including Gilgit/Baltistan can apply for scholarship

Eligible_to_Apply

Regular students of:

1. Government Institutes
2. Registered/Recognized Institutes
3. Having more than 70% marks (Matric) and 60% marks (Inter, DAE and above) in last board/university exam. (Minority students with 60% (Matric) and 55% (Inter, DAE and above) can apply.)
4. Orphans
5. IDPs and Earthquake affected areas

6· Unfortunate/underprivileged families facing acute financial hardship

However_following_are_ineligible:

1. PhD, M.Phil, LLM, Religious & Cultural studies
2. Allama Iqbal Open University and Virtual Universities

3· Studying at Lavish Institutes

1. Studying abroad
2. Self-Finance Basis
3. Sound Financial position
4. Receiving scholarship from any other organization or Government
