DPT:

=> Fsc. Pre-Medical/Equivalent as certified by the Innter Board  Committee
=>Minimum 60% marks

BSc (Hons) Degree Courses:

=>Fsc Pre-Medical or Fsc in relevant technology
=>Minimum 50% marks

NOTE: There is no age restrictions for admissions in Bsc (Hons) degree programs

a. Matric certificate showing date of birth.
b. Fsc. Certificate/Equivalence certificate
c. One passport size photograph
d. Character certificate from the institute last attended
e. Domicile certificate (Punjab)
f. CNIC / Form B
g. An affidavit declaring the candidate is / shall SAHS not be registered as a student in any other institute during their stay in SAHS
