Numerous technological developments throughout the past century have paved the way for a steady improvement in civilization. The advancement process has been revolutionized by space science, which has been a key driving force behind it.To put our country on par with the rest of the world in this context, it was determined in the year 2002 to construct an educational institution that would provide specialized education in space and related science. As a result, the Institute of Space Technology was founded in September 2002 and offers undergraduate degrees in the fundamental areas of aerospace engineering and communication systems engineering. The institute started both a graduate programme in Communication Engineering and an undergraduate programme in Materials Science & Engineering in the autumn of 2008.

HSSC(part-2)/A-level  results awaiting students are also eligible to apply for admissions.

Note:

No entry Test will be  required for science programs however the students who applied in engineering programs have an option to apply for admission in IST on the basis of entry test mentioned below and used the highest score for merit determination:

NAT/ETEA/NET/ECAT/NED/MUED/ACT/HAT
