MBBS/BDS Admissions
in Private Sector Medical/Dental Institutions of Punjab,
against reserved seats for the Candidates of Balochistan,
Session 2019-2020
This is with reference to our advertisement that appeared in The Dawn and Daily Jang of 22nd
September, 2019 (SPL # 1118). Pursuant to the direction of Pakistan Medical and Dental
Council (No.45-ADR/Council-2018/311611 dated 1st November, 2018),
University of Health
Sciences (UHS), Lahore, invites online applications from the eligible candidates having
domicile/local of Balochistan, for admission into First Year MBBS/BDS against one (01) seat
reserved in each private sector medical/dental institution of the Punjab for the Session 2019-
2020.
Eligibility Criteria
1. The candidate has domicile/local/ Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Balochistan.
2. The candidate has passed his Matriculation/SSC and FSc/Intermediate examinations
(minimum four years of education) from Balochistan with minimum 70 per cent (i.e.,
770/1100) marks.
3. The candidate has passed the Medical & Dental Colleges Admission Test (MDCAT-2019)
of Balochistan held on 15th September, 2019, with minimum 60% (i.e., 120/200) marks.
Application Procedure
The application procedure for these seats shall be same as that for private sector medical and
dental institutions of Punjab already advertised on 22nd September, 2019 (the advertisement
link is http://www.uhs.edu.pk/mcat/mbbsbdsprivate2019.pdf). The candidates are advised to
go through the said advertisement and follow the procedure carefully. The schedule, fee and
other conditions shall be same as in the said advertisement. Applications shall only be
received through online portal (https://www.bop.com.pk/UHS/Private/Login.aspx)
which will be active from 30th September to 7th October, 2019. No manual or hard copy of
application shall be acceptable.
